The Diamond Bell® DB-02A is an indoor mosquito repellent that operates using DB Ultrasonic Technology. This ultrasonic technology affects the peripheral sensory system of mosquitoes, keeping them out of the coverage area without the need for chemicals or pesticides. Its compact and discreet design makes it perfect for use in bedrooms, kitchens, or any indoor space. With a long lifespan and no need for refills, it is an economical and safe option to protect the whole family.

Can the DB Ultrasonic Technology of this Anti-Mosquito device affect babies, pregnant women, children, adults, or pets?
No, the technologies used in Diamond Bell products do not cause any harm to people or animals.

Does it work on all types of mosquitoes?
Its effectiveness has been tested against the Common Mosquito (Culex pipiens), Tiger Mosquito (Aedes albopictus), Malaria vector mosquito (Anopheles gambiae), and the Chikungunya, Dengue, and Zika vector mosquito (Aedes aegypti).

What is its lifespan?
Its lifespan is unlimited.

Does it require refills?
No, it does not require refills, which represents significant cost savings.

Where should I place the anti-mosquito device?
Plug it into an outlet between 30 cm and 150 cm from the floor, free of obstacles. It is recommended for indoor use only. To protect yourself while sleeping, place it nearby at a minimum height of 70 cm from the floor.

Does it need to be plugged in permanently?
We recommend keeping it plugged in 24 hours a day for optimal results. Electricity consumption is only a maximum of 0.35 W (very low).

Where is it most effective?
This model is ideal for indoor spaces such as bedrooms, kitchens, and living rooms, where ultrasonic waves distribute best in enclosed areas.

Can I place more than one anti-mosquito device in the same room?
Yes, using multiple devices enhances coverage for the maximum possible area.

Can I plug in another Diamond Bell model in the same room?
Yes, our products are fully compatible.

I hear a slight sound when plugging/unplugging the device
This is normal and lasts for a moment. It indicates the device is functioning correctly.

Does it require any maintenance?
No, the device requires no maintenance or refills; it only needs to be plugged in to operate.

The mosquitoes aren’t going away!
Mosquitoes may remain inactive due to the device’s action, staying still without biting.

Check the following:

  • Ensure the LED indicator light turns on.
  • Check that a faint, high-pitched sound is emitted when plugging/unplugging.
  • Make sure nothing obstructs or covers the front of the device.
  • Leave it running continuously 24 hours a day.

What should I do if the LED indicator doesn’t work?
Verify that the device also does not work in another outlet. If confirmed, contact Diamond Bell technical support.
