Designed for continuous use, this device emits adjustable ultrasounds that affect the nervous system of these pests, driving them away from the protected area. It is a safe, chemical-free option, ideal for homes with children and pets, as it does not use toxins or emit odors.

The DB ultrasonic technology affects Roaches and rodents by generating high-frequency sound waves, imperceptible to humans, that interfere with their sensory and communication systems:

The ultrasounds disorient Roaches, altering their ability to navigate and communicate, making it difficult for them to adapt to the environment. This drives them to leave the treated area.

Additionally, ultrasonic frequencies generate stress and discomfort in rodents, affecting their natural behavior and forcing them to seek a quieter place to hide.

In both cases, the ultrasounds create a hostile environment, significantly reducing the presence of these pests without using chemicals.

No, the technologies used in Diamond Bell products do not cause any harm to people or animals.

Is it safe for pets?
Yes, the device is safe for pets and people, as it does not use chemical products or emit odors. The DB-03B electronic repeller is designed to be highly effective against rodents. However, if you have rodents as pets at home (such as hamsters or guinea pigs), it is recommended not to place them in the same area of action as the device, as the ultrasonic frequencies may cause stress and discomfort.

Does it work with any type of Roaches?
Its effectiveness has been tested with German Roaches (Blatella germanica) and American Roaches (Periplaneta americana), which are the most common and resilient species.

Does it work with any type of rodents?
It is designed to affect mice of the most common species (Mus musculus), although it can affect all types of rodents.

What is its lifespan?
Its lifespan is unlimited.

Does it require refills?
No refills are needed, which represents significant economic savings. You only need to replace the batteries when the LED light no longer turns on.

How long does the battery last?
The batteries last approximately 6 months (24 h/day). You only need new batteries when the LED stops lighting up.

Is it effective for large areas?
This model is ideal for areas up to 25 m². For larger spaces, it is recommended to use multiple devices.

Can I place other Diamond Bell® models in the same room?
Yes, our products are fully compatible.

How long does it take to take effect?
The best results are obtained within 1 to 3 weeks, as mice and Roaches, although stunned from the first moment, initially resist leaving.

Why do I see more Roaches at the beginning of using the anti-mice/Roaches device?
It may happen that in the first days the hidden Roaches come to the surface. This step indicates that they are leaving the home.

The Roaches aren’t leaving
Keep in mind that among different Roach species, German Roaches are the most resistant, and their removal may take longer than usual.

Does it work outdoors?
The device is ideal for indoors and enclosed spaces, where the ultrasound can be more effective.

Can I combine it with the use of poisons?
It is not advisable to use them simultaneously, as poisons attract while the anti-mice/Roaches repels, making their effects opposite.

What should I do if the LED indicator does not work?
Insert new batteries into the device, and if the LED still does not light up, contact the Diamond Bell Technical Support team.
