Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy
1. Purchase Process
By purchasing a product through this website, you accept all the conditions detailed below. Diamondbell, S.L. acts as the sales manager in Europe and handles orders, shipping, and returns.
You can purchase products on www.thediamondbell.com by clicking the “Checkout” button. Different payment methods are available: PayPal and credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.).
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and payment status. The tracking number will be provided via email or SMS as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
2. Shipping Policy
Diamondbell works with certified carriers to deliver orders to the destinations specified during the purchase process. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully verified.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed during the checkout process when entering the shipping address.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard shipping to Europe: FREE. Included countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands), Estonia, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, and Romania.
- Expedited shipping to Europe: 4€.
- USPS Priority shipping to the United States: FREE. (Shipments are not available to Hawaii, Indiana, and New Mexico.)
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time will depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. Delivery is considered completed when the carrier delivers the product to the customer and the delivery note is signed. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt and note any issues on the delivery slip.
Diamondbell is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier beyond its control.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
You have the right to reject or return the product within 30 days of receipt, provided there is a valid reason. Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and properly packaged.
To process a return, contact our customer service at store@thediamondbell.com and provide your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the merchandise is received and its condition verified, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by a 5-year warranty against material or manufacturing defects. If the product presents a defect within the warranty period, Diamondbell, S.L. will assume the repair or replacement at no additional cost.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
7. Order Cancellation and Reshipment
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting store@thediamondbell.com. Once shipped, the order must be handled through the returns policy.
If a product is reshipped due to a return, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
